• Provided on-site design and deployment of a new switching system for the U.S. Army and the Joint Operating Command Center in Baghdad, Iraq.
• Countered IED Solutions for the NATO International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) troops in Afghanistan.
• EMW provided Helpdesk support serving over 8,000 users, Web Development within SharePoint 2013, Video Teleconference (VTC) and Telecommunication services, and System support for key healthcare systems ALHTA, Essentris, and CHCS.

ICES-AP

Unique Capabilities

• Experience spanning decades supporting a variety of IC and DoD clients with an emphasis on the tasking, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TPED) systems and services.
• Leading data analytics provider, enterprise architecture, and engineering services to the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and other agencies.
• Utilizing their unique enterprise-level architecture framework, including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodology called ICES Architecture Framework (IAF) and the associated ICES Architecture Maturity Model© (IAMM©) at the forefront of Digital Engineering requirements. They define Digital Engineering as an integrated approach that uses authoritative sources of systems data and models as a continuum across disciplines to support lifecycle activities in a digital thread manner.

ARIEL BCT PARTNERS, LLC

Unique Capabilities

• Brought institutional knowledge to the HHS Federal grant process from pre-award to close-out and provided Head Start (HS) with professional administrative and technical services for over five years. 

• • The work BCT staff does in our Head Start contracts provides support and services to 282,779 children and families in 28 states across our nation.  In FY21, BCT staff processed $3,466,388 in federal funding across 663 grant recipients.

• Developed a precision analytics approach to assist First Place for Youth and Gemma Services in building predictive, prescriptive, and evaluation models that can be technologically implemented to generate actionable evidence on demand. 

• • BCT’s approach enabled caseworkers to view daily updates showing each individual’s progress, performance, and outcomes, as well as the performance of their entire caseload, leading to better outcomes.

• Created a ground-breaking tool, Provider Cross Cultural Medical Assessment, and successfully administered it across eight leading hospitals.

• • This enabled doctors to more effectively treat minority and non-traditional patient populations, which the Covid-19 pandemic has shown to be critically important, yet which is not covered by most US medical academic programs.
