What is Jira Training?

Cancellation Policy	Registration fees, less a non-refundable $10 processing charge, are refundable if cancellation is received by noon on the date registration closes. There are no refunds thereafter.
Refund	To request a refund, send email to training@arielpartners.com and provide the Order # and Event Start Date
PDU’s earned	For those who wish to maintain their PMI certifications, attendees can self-report 5 technical PDU’s and 1 Strategic PDU.
SEU’s earned	Scrum Education Units (SEU) are granted by the Scrum Alliance and count towards maintaining your CSM, CSP, CSD, CSPO, and other Scrum Alliance certifications. You may also use this course to receive 16 Scrum SEU credits for Scrum Alliance under the Learning category.

Ariel Partners reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event if there are insufficient registrations or if presenters are unable to attend due to illness. If necessary, you will be notified no later than 7 days prior to the event and all registration payments will be refunded promptly. If circumstances require, presenters may be substituted for alternative qualified presenters with equivalent experience.
