Ariel Partners was awarded a contract by the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development to build RHY Connect, a real-time shelter bed reservation platform for young people experiencing homelessness. The platform will let youth see live bed availability and receive a response to a crisis bed request within 30 minutes, replacing a process that today depends on outdated vacancy information and phone calls. The project is funded through a federal Youth Homelessness System Improvement grant from HUD, and Ariel leads the engagement with Queue Associates, which brings Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise, and Streetlives, the NYC nonprofit behind YourPeer. This award gives Ariel Partners a leading role in one of the most closely watched civic technology efforts in the youth homelessness field, positioning the city and the firm as a model other jurisdictions are likely to look to for their own HUD-backed modernization work.

July 17, 2026 –
Ariel Partners was awarded positions on NASA’s SEWP VI GWAC in both of its services categories, Category B (Enterprise-wide IT Service Solutions) and Category C (IT Mission-Based Services), one of a select group to win both. Each category carries a $20 billion ceiling, giving Ariel Partners access to $40 billion in combined contract capacity over a 10 year ordering period running through October 2036. SEWP is the federal government’s most heavily trafficked IT acquisition vehicle, and NASA selected just 692 awardees for Category B out of thousands of submissions. The dual award positions Ariel Partners to compete for task orders government-wide across agile software development, legacy modernization, cloud migration, cybersecurity, AI, and data analytics, building on recent wins including GSA POLARIS, GSA OASIS+, and the Missile Defense Agency’s SHIELD IDIQ.

Ariel Partners, through its joint venture Ariel-BCT Partners, was awarded a spot on the GSA POLARIS GWAC under the competitive WOSB pool, one of only 47 awardees. POLARIS is a $1 trillion, 10-year contract vehicle enabling federal agencies to quickly procure advanced IT services, including AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and modernization.
