• Brought institutional knowledge to the HHS Federal grant process from pre-award to close-out and provided Head Start (HS) with professional administrative and technical services for over five years. The work BCT staff does in our Head Start contracts provides support and services to 282,779 children and families in 28 states across our nation.  In FY21, BCT staff processed $3,466,388 in federal funding across 663 grant recipients.
• Developed a precision analytics approach to assist First Place for Youth and Gemma Services in building predictive, prescriptive, and evaluation models that can be technologically implemented to generate actionable evidence on demand. BCT’s approach enabled caseworkers to view daily updates showing each individual’s progress, performance, and outcomes, as well as the performance of their entire caseload, leading to better outcomes.
• Created a ground-breaking tool, Provider Cross Cultural Medical Assessment, and successfully administered it across eight leading hospitals. This enabled doctors to more effectively treat minority and non-traditional patient populations, which the Covid-19 pandemic has shown to be critically important, yet which is not covered by most US medical academic programs.
• Forbes named BCT Partners one of “America’s Best Management Consulting Firms” in 2021 and was among the 200+ firms nationwide that received consideration from more than 7,500 surveyed.
